Check out the many videos I have posted answering the most common questions people have when they want to buy a home, sell a home or invest in real estate. You can find answers to mortgage lender question, title insurance questions and other topics that will help you learn more.
I think when it comes to real estate the best way to save is through saving on realtors commission when selling your property. If your buying why not try a new revolutionary system that helps you get a rebate of any property you buy!!!
QUESTION: Up until now I have had bad credit (I stopped paying my Capital One card because they were screwing me around) I regret not paying them, but anyways, it happened. I've also never owned a home, and I haven't had any money deposited into my bank account for over 3 years or so because I was worried my paycheck would be garnished.. soon I will be making a fair bit of money, and I want to buy a home now, pay off my credit card and whatnot. CONTINUED...
This didn't answer any questions for me!!!! My husband and I are trying to buy a house now and I came on here to see if anyone had some good tips. Well guess I better keep looking. Lol
it is called walkability score. Know what the heck you are talking about. You needd to get much better. If you were my gene you would be FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for sharing this such informational video... You really can help people figure out how much they can afford for a specific house.. Great job!
Buying a house doesn't take all life probably more than 10 years and less then 20 years or less then 15 years, but buying a house does not take forever because there's an idiot (failure in life) telling people buying a house takes forever. That (failure in life) says it takes forever to buy a house because, he left a good job of 1800 per week, and all his money spend out of the country which, he let go a very good opportunity, and later got jack lost all his money. Now the idiot is failure
yah.... 20% down.. yah right!! who can afford 20% down these days?!! I love when people talk about that much money like its nothing!! 20% down is a joke.. I don't now anyone who has or who can put that much down!! This economy fucking sucks!!!
@rangaman86 Stop blaming the fucking economy and get off your lazy ass and actually do some work, save up money, and maybe make an actual plan to follow to save that money. I have more then 20% for an albeit not expensive, but affordable house in my state in a great gated community 5 minutes from down town. Stop whining.
@GodDamnit7711 Excuse me you piece of shit?? Did I come out and say I don't have a job? NO!! Don't assume shit you fagget!!! I work two motherfucking jobs!! And there both blue collar jobs!! Your a fucking idiot!!!
@rangaman86 Then save up your fucking money to put 20% down you stupid ass, irresponsible dick face. Stop fucking whining you stupid bitch ass failure in life. I'm only 19 and have 20% for the house I want you stupid bitch. And no, none of my family members are anywhere near rich or well off. So man up you fuckin' whiner. I hate whiners, you are genuinely the real pussies in life. Fuck you.
@ninjakawasaki1972, yes you still can why don't go out right now buy. Buy the biggest most expensive one you can find and make sure you offer above the asking price because owning a home is the american dream and you won't want to miss it.
children as parents are not investments. they are a gift, as a society they are an investments. but thats just me and we all have our views :) im just glad you have one.
@Linkszal75 Then they grow up and move out asap.......and hardly call, and u wonder wat u did wrong while u rott in ur home all alone lmao... americans *sigh*... great investment lol

.... Would I have to have money being deposited into my account again for like a year or something before I would be approved for a mortgage?
AND say I was buying an expensive home, would that matter too?
Thanks to whoever can answer this for me! :-)

There's program for first time homebuyers with 3.5% down, not excellent credit score. The best way is to get pre-approved first by a lender.

Number 1# rule in buying a house:
BUY HOUSE WITH CASH, NO REALTOR AND NO MORTGAGES!
I work hard... so I can play hard. You can go about life: watching it happen, making it happen, or trying to figure what happened.
