I live in Belgium, and when I was about 16 I had a 14-year old friend whose parents had come to Belgium from Congo though he himself was born in Belgium: at 14 he was about Lukaku's size (but had an older looking face): he was a beast! Some people are just huge and old looking at a young age.

I bet you'll find quite a few freakishly big 16-year olds in high school basketball in the USA.

To the outsiders i'd like to say that you need to know everything you see in this video was in a time interval of only half a season/year.
