@tatripp Your first question is irrelevant. There is no such thing as a female Mr. Mime, just like there's no such thing as a male Chansey. There are several pokemon that are completely asexual. Any real fan would know that.

I have one theory that might answer a little under half of those questions: most of the original subjects that the Pokedex entries were Mew (singular or plurarl) in disguise. Personally no Pokemon game can ever match Red/Blue/Yellow, and Gold/Silver/Crystal follow closely. Obviously you do not understand how great it was having two regions, 16 gyms and over 250 Pokemon that are a lot better designed in G/S. White/Black seemed rushed and dumbed down versions of Pokemon compared to their predecessors, maybe that is why you enjoy them so much.

In theory, Kengiskan should evelve into giant Marrowacks, but since they don't wear the skulls of thier dead, they can't. (Since it seems that they can only evolve with the skull, because the skulls kind of melt onto them.)
