  • you all are very good :) sing on singsnap its alotta fun :)

  • U ARE REALLY GOOOD

  • Yes, definately - we're so glad about that!

Sounds like a wonderful idea to have an International competition in Aussie or here, though I don't think it will be happening anytime soon! I'll be around for a while yet so fingers crossed it happens someday! :)

  • How did these guys score?

We did the same ballad. Just curious.

  • According to the SA website, the came 2nd - with a score of 597 :-)

  • ok.....that's like what we scored with our package! :) We actually have a new ballad now and will debut it in contest in Nashville. Can't wait!

  • Hope it all goes well :)

I'm in Wellington City Chorus (Region 35, New Zealand) - we're off to Hawaii in November, and I also can't wait!! :-)

  • Hawaii is a lot closer for you guys than having to come to our mainland USA. Someone from the SAI SING list was suggesting we have an Intl contest in Austrailia or NZ just to be fair. She was from an Aussie chorus. I think she has a point. I would love for an excuse to come visit your "part of the world"! I would love to see the constellations you all get to see there! If we DID hold Intl contest there our contests usually being in Oct-Nov it would be spring there not Fall! :)

  • i no. but where im from, girls choruses, especially the young ones, jst sound lik choirs. sum of them actually sing songs that our school has performed at choir competitions...

  • oops my bad. that was actually me. but it was under my sisters account lol

  • wow, you guys are still great. I loved being a part of your chorus in 92-93...I remember Jacque as a chorus member.

    Patty Dawson

    Kentucky

  • wow! thats so awesome! its so cool 2 hear a big chorus actually sounding like a barbershop! too many just sound like choirs...

  • Sweet Adelines is dedicated to preserving Barbershop just like the men's group - workshops are held to keep the sound of the 4 part harmony!
