You my friend are the biggest moron I know, back pressure is less important on a turbo charged car since the turbo produces alot of pressure hence how you can see power gains out of 3 inch piping and a 4 inch tip, how ever on a stock civic if you slap on 3 inch piping with a 4 inch tip it will just make noise and you will lose power, of course you want it more free flowing but if you get rid of all the back pressure it'll just be a giant air pump I've seen it happen many times on the dyno.
You need some back pressure if you didn't why don't we all just cut off our entire exhaust headers back or even turbo back run straight turbo? Sure there are laws about that state to state but what about trailer queens you can do w/e you want at the track why don't they do that?

If you want to call the Srt-4 a cheap car, the WRX and Evo's are no more expensive inside. All 3 are basic model cars with a turbo or super charger installed.
the camera car is definitely the STI, I watched a show on affordable compact cars and the Neon SRT-4 burned the regular WRX, which is around the same price range.

ok, the 3KGT stopped being produced in 99. the car was ahead of its time in looks because it still turns heads when i'm driving, and mine was born 11 years ago. sure, i get excited seeing an srt4, and the 3KGT is heavy, but that's a charactoristic of any touring vehicle. i chose not to get the vr-4 because didn't want to screw around with the only realisticly priced with over 100K miles on them. mine had 41K. heh i bought it from my math teacher.

Ive raced many Evo's and Wrx's, and STI's From a roll they dont have a chance against an srt-4 (stock to stock) surre you can say its just a neon, thats pretty damn embarassing then isn't it fags??

Stock srt-4s are slower than stock evos and sti's. I like srt-4s, but they can't beat those stock.

i agree, if anyone is going to bash an srt-4, come up with something better thats its JUST a neon, they arent neons retards, not even remotely, people are just so ignorant when it comes to fucking vehicles its rediculous. atleast the srt-4 is domestic and supports our fucking economy, all u other faga are ultra ricey and get the damn imports, there so grose looking, especially hondas, blahhh

I don't understand why everyone says srt-4's are JUST a neon. the srt-4 isn't even remotely a fucking neon retards. It's a 2.4 liter DOHC with a fucking turbo, different chassy, drive train etc. etc. etc,!! They are not even remotely the same engines dumb asses. The only thing it represents from a regular neon is the fucking looks morons, i have a 2000 dodge neon, and trust me, it is not an srt-4 at all!!

wrx would not be faster for the money. i have an sti and srt. previoulsy owned an 06 wrx. parts are effing expensive for those cars. srt parts are dirt cheap. srt=neon, wrx/sti=impreza, evo=lancer, r32= golf. whats your point?

what the hell are you talking about? Put the same money in? The neon cost WAY less and it smoked that wrx. 3K into a "neon" and you have an 11 second beast still under 23K WRX comes stripped at 23K
