@chinguidinsky To make this kind of stuff , The easy way , you need to make a Paper version of the armor , Wich should be easy. Then Use some Liquid Fiberglass or whatever , some shit like that , That becomes plastic. and put it all over the paper. and then its solid

@TheStealthProps From this point you actually fibreglass them then put another layer on then you put the etching stuff on it before you actually paint it. In short, the things are lightweight but remarkebly durable. that piece probably will not be ready for haloween.

@TheStealthProps Obviously you have spent time on the peping of this. If your not a member of the RPF yet you should check it out. There are alot of iron man builds and I think the best ones I've seen are the ones made out of Plastic garbage cans from wall mart...

FYI for the jokers out there. They use the garbage cans for material and use the paper patterns made from pep files to cut it out. Rivets and slots are added so the armor articulates too.

Hey you should be able to get old news paper printing sheets, they are sheets of aluminium with writing on one side from the old ink but the other side is completely bare and just a silver color that might be better to use instead of paper, yours looks awesome but since its paper it would be a shame if it got crushed or something and metal would look awesome...... Im not sure if you would be able to get the aluminium sheets where you are but where i am in AUS some places sell it for scrap price.
