It's actually kinda easy to make this one. I know "100" is playing at 128 BPM at normal, so if you keep that in mind, all you have to do is to find the acapella to "Pendulum - The Island", speed it up/slow it down in BPM to match "100"s BPM tempo and then adjust the pitch so it doesn't sound awful. Sounds kinda advanced but it's really not. Personally I like the original the most, because this mashup is, as mentioned before, kinda easy and not appropriate to the track - according to me, that is.
