  • Hi there. I'm trying to find infomation on the Lister SL pump, my father inlaw is restoring one, could you help me out at all??

  • Hi there,

I have just had a new lead on that pump. A few weeks ago I saw a Lister D at a rally driving a very similar pump. It was an RSM and I feel your might be the same?

  • @steamwally

Hi, I was in Sambeek (NL) several weeks ago, and there was a pump nearly the same. With the same base and valves and pistons. It is a 99% sure a Hardie pump.

  • I've never heard of one of those. Glad you have got a name pinned on it now though.

  • Just thinking, could the pump be merryworth?

  • You mean that it is build by Merryworth?

There is nothing on the pump, just the number '101' in the footplate. I like to know the builder of this pump. It is working very well. Thanks for reacting

  • Hi Phill, Sorry foir my late reaction. The shaft is 85 cm long incl. the pulley, the engine is from the bottom of the flywheels to the top of the hopper 79 cm high. I think the engine weights around 200 to 250 kilo. The flywheels are 46 cm.

  • Thanks very much. : )

  • Absolutley wonderfull Lister Juior!

I am interested in getting one of these sometime, how wide are they from one end of the shaft to the other and how much do they weigh?

    Many thanks,

    Phill.
