There really isn't any debate over the metal cover anymore. It's by the Naoto Shibata Project from the album Perfect Selection: Dracula Battle. Naoto Shibata is the bassist from Anthem, Crush 40, Loudness, Saber Tiger, Thrill of the Feel, Ghetto Machine, Loud 'n' Raw, and probably a few more I don't have in my collection. Back to the topic of this upload....I dig it.
