  • corrupt government. let's change it.

  • We will not find justice at the hands of corrupt judges. (See YouTube videos) Judicial Benefits & Court Corruption Update / Evil Triangle of Court Corruption / Richard fine / Dr Shirley Moore slush funds /SBX 211. To end this title wave of corruption in our country must start with the corrupt judges. We can not bring evidence of corruption to corrupt judges. Los Angeles Superior Court judges are illegally and unconstitutionally taking 50,000.00 each for a total of 23 million per year.

  • thank you....a lot... :) ...

  • so helpful for my class. :)

  • I appreciate that you posted this. I need to memorize it for school and this is a big help. It goes slow enough that I can understand it and speak along with (or before) it. This is really important for all Americans to read (along with some Paine, Henry, and Franklin).

  • In 1976 I memorized this at school, every American should be required to memorise it, for We are heading into the same situation our forefathers were in when this document was written.

  • I memorized this as well, I found it more than strange that I was saying the same exact words at the same exact time.

You memorized this 33 years ago and I did the same 53 years ago.

Is anybody memorizing the Declaration of Indeoendence any more?

  • i am at school

  • I think we are seeing a long train of abuses that are seeking to bring us under despotism again.

I for one say no more, I'm drawing a line in the sand, I will not give up any more of my Unalienable Rights.

It is time to throw off this form of government and to restablish our government under the Constituion and the Bill of Rights.

    Especially the Bill of Rights.

  • In my response to your comment I use John Hancock because he assured all that his signature was on the document.

Can you imagine what John would have thought if someone had said to him as he placed the quill in the ink.

John, that document you are fixing to sign will become politically incorrect in the 21st century.

Thanks for your comment which I am in agreement with.

  • I support and agree about what you typed

  • @Hefferman1 Go to My channel youtube bio take link to the Petition and copy of my Speech, I will give you all a vote in your Legislature & Congress, plus all the Earths people a vote in the United Nations all voting to be done on a new Supper High Speed Secure internet. I would love it if Ron Paul would be my running mate to do what he does best fix banking, And I will guide the world to end all wars if all the earth people get my vote in the United Nations the world will finally have no War.

  • Hi Frank. The stupid YT system didn't tell me that you posted this as a response to my Signers video, but its nice that you did. If I could critique you some, I would say; would you have spoken as you did, if you were speaking publicly to your fellow citizens on the drastic course our colony was taking in 1776?

  • The Declaration of Independence could be considered politically incorrect by some. I believe all things can be a complicated set of circumstances and if advice is followed it may work for a while, and to be colloquial all things eventually go south.

Some continue to search for that elusive utopia though.

  • ive been a member for over one year do u think they would accpet a video from me over 10 minutes?

  • Do an over 10 min. test video and see if it uploads. I don't know when YouTube changed the policy on this.

    Frank

  • your video is 15 mins long. Mine was just over 14 minutes, but youtube rejected it, how did you manage this?

  • When I signed up for a YouTube account they guaranteed me 100 Megs for a video with no time limit. I guess you could say they grandfathered us in when they changed the policy at time of sign up. I have been a member for 2 years.

  • cnt beilive we used to own both usa and canadas ass ha ha great video ockteby

  • This video is deserving of far better than the oppressive 500 character limit. These words, with some changes, were taken from the preamble to the Virginia Constitution, written by Geo. Mason just weeks prior. Mason borrowed from John Locke, the 17th century British philosopher, but the concept itself is by no means new. The book of Exodus is clear testamony of, not only the individual's innate understanding that he should be free, but also of the power of divine providence.

  • Frank, I read your comment about the politically incorrect nature of the language. Tragically (for the whole of this nation as well as for the oppressed), more were excluded from reaping the benefits of the outcome than not, however; the establishment of a constitution which allowed for change through amendment gave the citizenry an incredible power to defeat the prejudice pervasive in that and subsequent eras, and reflected in this declaration of protest.

  • Change through amendment did occur over time, as we know, but we seem to have dismissed Locke's position that education would free man from the subjugation of tyranny. With each passing generation, we (generally speaking) have come to base conclusion on headlines and misinformation, and pander to the rights of self-centered interest. The educational standard of today, IMO, serve more to nurture divisivness than preservation of the very liberties we claim to revere.

  • Please forgive grammatical errors. I've got an appointment to keep and I'm in a hurry at the moement. I want to get this out. On the subject of assimilation: It must not be construed as an embracing of one heritage, but of a concept. It does not matter whether we eat turkey, tacos, or some Indian dish with way too much curry for my taste on Thansgiving. What matters is that we embrace and preserve the tenets of a constitution when, once lost, may never come again.

  • My plan for the coming year on You Tube has never been more clear.

  • Thank you, Betty for your excellent replies to this video. I really do appreciate it.

    Frank

  • Hello sir! Thank you for doing this. I have a future video going into some of the ancient history behind the ideas that are in the preamble.

  • Thanks for doing this. I read the Declaration about once a year. Not only for the strength of it's ideas, but for the beauty of the writing. It's a magnificent document and for the writing styles of that time, it's short, very direct, and straight to the point. Thanks again. -sue

  • Thank you for replying to this video. When I read this document aloud it was hard to determine where to put my voice inflections. A professional document reader would probably know how to do it. My reading is kind of monotone, but I tried to include all the words. Did you notice some of the politically incorrect wording in this document? Amazing :)

  • Thanks for doing this ockteby. We all need to read that document from time to time! -Jim

  • Thanks, Jim. It's not an easy document to read, but I was just thinking that several people may not be aware of what that document was all about. Parts of our country were really treated badly by the British, and it's easy to understand why we rebelled. Our closeness with England today, makes all that history look unbelievable today.
