LOL. If i'm not wrong, Milo is supposed to be mixed with hot water. If you want a cold one, you will have to put ice in them after it gets mixed well. that is for Singapore at least. There is, however, a new product by Milo where you can mix cold water and still mix it in well. There is a drink here, called Milo Dinosaur, where excessive Milo powder is poured on top of the already blended drink! (probably that's why you see it rest on the top!) =)

But there's no strict way of drinking, really.

Fun fact, I toss in my Milo (always twice what's recommended. ;D) and then put a bit of hot water, and THEN put in my milk. It makes it mix in better. Way tastier. And better than any hot chocolate could be, too.

You have to put the Milo (or Quick as we call it in the states) first. Then it won't clump. Nothing like getting a clump of that stuff when you're expecting milk. Yuck! Or then you will have to crush the clumps with the back of the spoon to break them down. I have way too much time on my hands.
