Indeed it is a sad day for Irish music.I was lucky enough to see Joe perform 3 times in Goffs in recent years and on each occassion I was blown away by his energy and performance.We will never see his likes again.May he Rest In Peace.

This performance was recorded in the Grand Opera House, Belfast in 1990 (I think) It was Joe's first official live concert available on video (sadly one of only two!) I am sure there is footage in the archives of Joe's performances on tv etc. that the fans would buy!!!! Considering the huge number of concert videos Daniel O'Donnell released, Joe should have been light years ahead. A true music legend RIP
