Objectively..Balayya is definitely a great add to TDP. Many balayya fans voted for Congress last time. Chiru is a great leader..But..he lacks the charm to convince people..If Chiru is not there, TDP would have definitely won after the recent public allegations by ministers on each other over various scams (Sand scam etc..). Chiru may influence to some extent, but I am not sure if he can win any seats in Telangana and Rayalaseema..
