its just so insanely hard to not get detected although i heard of a few strategies that you can use

im on my second playthrough right ow of this game trying to get the trophy for beating the game in 30 hours

You did this mission the way I prefer. I've done it the easy way before, but I prefer to shoot up the club and then end it with the car chase like you did here. Although I've never had an epic ending like yours here with their truck and your car both blowing up as you walk away.

The easy way is to kill the first manager with a knife or bat in his office without anyone in the club being alerted. Then, walk to the back of the club and shoot the manager talking to the stripper and run to the back room to kill the last manager and his bodyguard. It's quick, easy, and eliminates the big shootout and the car chase. But it isn't as much fun as the big shootout and mayhem in the club and the chase isn't difficult considering they give you a corvette to chase the managers with.
