I could make a few suggestions, instead of saying "you suck" like these other losers.

it woul dbe advised to work on timing and spacing, just make sure you keep your movement with the beat, it gets easyer with time and practice. I used to look like that when i danced, but now its alot better because i tryed soooo hard to keep my movement exactly like everyone elses.

then i would also suggest more originality in the choerigraphy, im sure someone did it for you, but it was pretty plane.
