I dont think those are T-cells, when there is a wound, first cells to arrice are Neutrophils and macrophages, those cells look to big for T, B or NK cells.
I'm no expert on Zebrafish immunology, but in humans I'm pretty sure they would be neutrophil granulocytes, since these are the first cells to arrive at an inflammation. Lymphocytes don't start arriving until later, when they have been activated.
