  • Gangsta!!!!!!!

  • How long did it take you to be able to do the planche and what progressions did you do to get there? Thanks for any advice you can share! Very motivational!

  • @PeterC1031 1-2 years to get to this level of preogression. But it all varies based on your own dedication and training. In months you could be doing planche pushups with partial range of motion its the full range and longer holds that take time. You have to start with tuck planche pushups for progressing planches. Wall handstand pushups and dips will also help build the pushing strength u need.

  • @Fazioenterprise Thanks for the reply. I guess my follow up question would be what kind of dedication and training is involved? How often did you train and for how long? I am only at the ability to do frog stands, where your knees are supported by your elbows and hope to be able to work up to the more difficult progressions. I work on them just about every day or every other day. Do you recommend working on it several times a day or what frequency? Thanks again!

  • @18lightowler awesome! cant wait to see it, you last one was epic

  • @Fazioenterprise think i might start putting short ones up like you, seems a good way to show progression

  • besides all the insane exercises u do, do u ever do a normal workout with sets and reps or do u just train like this until failure ?

  • @rampagetapout Yes i do sets and reps of more basic exericses to hit higher rep ranges for building endurance muscle fiber... Stuff like this is low rep and for strength gains... And 3rd is explosive movements for triggering muslce power gains. Working strength, power, and endurance on your different muslce groups i find to be a great combo.

  • Great control, Nick! I'm getting better with front levers. I'll record it next time and show ya! :)

  • @skippypodar Nice!! cant wait to see your front levers.... There a real tough one, i use to hate practicing them lol. There finally starting to get easier. All the best on your training for the new year
