When will people understand that you cannot change people's economic situation by handing them money! The can only do it themselves! How many of these extreme makeovers have we seen that end up getting foreclosed?
Unemployment (including underemployment, where people held professional jobs who are now flipping burgers) is upwards of 15%, possibly higher. The govt, BOTH PARTIES, are lying scum and are using class warfare to redistribute the wealth. Wealth is CLEARLY going from the bottom 95% to a top 5%. This CANNOT be denied. When will you tire of this?
It wasn't his fault he couldn't pay the mortgage. It is his countries fault for outsourcing his job and letting him down on a reasonable future. No ordinary person would ever leave any bill unpaid, if they could just work and live reasonably and the country he lived in had his best interest, as a person and not just a corporations.

All of the construction companies that have failed in the past 9-10yrs surely aren't being put out of business due to not having enough work right? How "under water" are you? I want to be charitable, but I feel like when someone gives you money, you should be extra careful. 400,000, you could put a down payment on a gas station or franchise, and make money, less risk than the timber business.

The first idiots to lose their 450,000 home plus the 250,000 EM gave them, made some stupid comment like "We thanks God, but we did not honor God"...which is why they are in 600,000 in debt, lost their free home, and the money given to maintain it. Did Eric get a maintenance fund like the Harper's to cover increased home expenses? The Harpers said they used the 600,000 to start a construction business..same mistakes these people make.
