Try fixing your DDR settings in your bios. I had the same problem until i change the setting since then no problems had isue's on all games and web so check your ram settings.

I have the same problem. I have reported to EA/DICE for support, but no response. For me it's not about the money, it's about principle's. If you sell something that dose'nt live up to what YOU as a seller promised, then it's your goddamn responsibility as a producer to this game to make sure it works.
So if anyone from EA/DICE reads this, I just want to say : Iam disappointed for not getting a fully functional game or the support when I asked for it...So pull your shits together and fix it!

@counterstrikenerd321 i did update everything and did a memtest for 2 hours on my ram ,prime95 2 hours on my cpu,and furhmark tests on my graphic cards ,also did a psu test and all results are fine ,i also use a external audio interface for sound so i have 3 options for sound :Realtek,logitech g35 headset or focusrite souncard and whatever i use the game crashes today i will contact a pc expert that will visit my house if i got the fix i will post it.
I also considered ordering a new PCI sound card. But I found this solution on a forum somewhere and it fixed the problem for me after 3 days of trial and error with everything.
Go into Control Panel, then Hardware & Sound, then choose Manage Audio Devices.
Go into Speaker properties, then go to the Advanced tab

Happens to me as well, although, I'll be lucky if I manage to play for five minutes. Or even one minute. I think the worst case I can come up with is that I don't even have time to "deploy" before it crashes, and if I'm lucky I'll be able to get a kill before it crashes, let alone die. Except one thing though, when it crashes, I can still ctr + alt + delete and open the task manager, force kill the game and restart it. Does that mean it's not the official crash thingy? It is a issue with the onbord audio if you replace it or hell even get a usb audio device like usb earphones or even a usb to audio device it will fix it.

The problem is your cards overclock the GTX 570 . This is Nvidia's fault, the clue is your utter pc locks up. Downclock the card, or just search your card in Battlelog to release how much fail it is. Tho your willing to spend tons on a stupid chipset so enjoy your crashs as im sure ur not wanting to downclock it. Or up the voltage from the board however thats the dangerous option
I can play for hours, well, I did have a 2 hour session today, and this issue happened. Before Back To Karkand, I seemed to be able to play for hours on end. The issue is cropping up more frequently following the update. Going to try Lukkajong's solution, hope it works and doesn't stuff up other programs.
i had 100 % same problem as the video uploder and i disabled the audio device in bios and that worked no more frezz but no sound . so the problem is sound card issues. 100% sure try and you will see turn it copletly of in bios and test .. so dice should look up ond the sound issues ..

I got the exactly the same error, but i noticed that this only happens when i'm driving the chopper, most probably a sound card issue like the description say...lets just pray for a fix
Its a problem with Realtek audio, atleast for me and many others. Disable realtek audio in bios and play the game and see if it does that. Its a fix for me, but no audio, guess its a good time for a sound card.. I'm running a p6x58d-e, all updated drivers.
The vast amount of problems is ridiculous. My system specs should run it fine. I do not pay £40 to sit at my computer in frustration attempting fix after fix. This is their problem and it should be fixed by now. I play many games and they never crash.

Update for all of those with the Realtec crashing issues..
I Disabled all of my sound options and am now running a USB Headset just a cheap one from Logitech..
Any USB Headset will do but you must disable the Realtec HD Audio!

Just want to add, i had the same issue and got a cheap creative sound card for $25 and game is running flawlsy - so the the issue is onboard sound, enjoy!!!

EASY TO FIX!!!! You just have to install your audiocard codecs ;) simple!

The problem is your cards overclock the GTX 570 . This is Nvidia's fault, the clue is your utter pc locks up. Downclock the card, or just search your card in Battlelog to release how much fail it is. Tho your willing to spend tons on a stupid chipset so enjoy your crashs as im sure ur not wanting to downclock it. Or up the voltage from the board however thats the dangerous option

I can play for hours, well, I did have a 2 hour session today, and this issue happened. Before Back To Karkand, I seemed to be able to play for hours on end. The issue is cropping up more frequently following the update. Going to try Lukkajong's solution, hope it works and doesn't stuff up other programs.

i had 100 % same problem as the video uploder and i disabled the audio device in bios and that worked no more frezz but no sound . so the problem is sound card issues. 100% sure try and you will see turn it copletly of in bios and test .. so dice should look up ond the sound issues ..

here i have an another problem, its the change map, i can play only with 2 maps in the same server, but when loads the 3 map the game crash and in the battlelog says '' Something Went Wrong''. I tried installing manually the PunkBuster but they did not work. I'm playing in the Medium between 30 and 45FPS.

How did I solve that problem let me tell you...
My application system is win7 ultimate 64bit. I set my service pack to service pack 1 How can you change it to sp1 let me tell you
1) start > regedit press enter
2) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows
3) double click to CSDVersion and change the number from 0 to 100
4) Restart pc
Now ur win7 is sp1...
Later increase ur card's fan speed like %70 or %95 (it can make noise) and bf3 will work fine.
my card: zotac gtx 560 amp!

There are a couple solutions to this. The punkbuster client may not be working properly so make sure and install the latest one.
My problem was the audio card. Purchase any Sound Blaster, they have cheap ones ( definitely better than motherboard audio) and install that. The game has a problem with Realtek audio for Windows 7 64Bit users. It seems to run fine 32Bit, etc. Try a new sound blaster.

That daz loader shit wouldnt work for me so I tried a program called Wat Fix installed and restarted worked first try. off to own on BF3

Its a problem with Realtek audio, atleast for me and many others. Disable realtek audio in bios and play the game and see if it does that. Its a fix for me, but no audio, guess its a good time for a sound card.. I'm running a p6x58d-e, all updated drivers.

The vast amount of problems is ridiculous. My system specs should run it fine. I do not pay £40 to sit at my computer in frustration attempting fix after fix. This is their problem and it should be fixed by now. I play many games and they never crash.

How to fix this:
1. Open cmd and type "sfc/scannow"
