i dont kno that much about the entire episode, although in the scene that caused seizures, vaccine missiles were shot at porygon as ash and friends were riding its back. pikachu used thunderbolt on them, causing an explosion, in which an anime technique called paka paka was used, in which red and blue lights in a strobe effect and flashed for about 4 seconds in almost full screen and 2 seconds in full screen at 12hz per second. ^-^ its not that u got it wrong, just some of ur vocabulary.

@cj12379 It has nothing to do with age. Every recording of this episode has been toned down because a good chunk of the U.S. would be having seizures if they didn't. The age thing is just because that was the average age of people who watched Pokemon.
