I have a vague recollection from this programme, about one (or maybe both) of the kids sitting inside a pyramid, for some reason...can anybody confirm this for me?

Not that i know of. I thought Chocky was pyramid shaped till i saw it again 20+ years later. Looks like i was remembering the pyramid shape in the titles, as were you? And mistook that for something?

You could be thinking of the third Chocky series, Chocky's Challenge, where one of the youngsters along with Chocky, get locked inside a pyramid.

Wow, thanks for uploading this. Now I know where I got my interest in windmills, space and sci-fi. Seems TV can be quite influencial to the young! Anyone know what year this would have been? I was born in 77...

It was early/mid 80s, about 82 or 83. Seeing this again is a great memory-refresher for me! Ed Bishop (Deacon) was the star of UFO, by Gerry (Thunderbirds) Anderson, which was made in 1970.
