just wondering, could you make this process any MORE complex. Come on people. this is completely ridiculous and shows us that you didn't care to spend any more time on product registration. Its sad. now, if you'll excuse me, I've got 64 of these to install. and btw, best practices states you should have 2 VSMs on each cluster - where the hell is THAT in these instructions?

@BostonEMT good luck on that haha. Cisco equipment is great, but try to navigate their site. It's a disaster. Recently I purchased a Cisco ASA and we needed up upgrade the SSL VPN license, because it only comes with 2 user. It took me approx 3.5 hours to find out from Cisco what we needed to purchace.

I contacted licensing and they were like "it's beyond our scope what to recommend people" you wonder what they spend the time on day in day out.
