The fact is $2.3 trillion/300 million = $7.5K/ person. Assuming 4 people in a family = $30K. This means each family is paying $30K on this plan and Obama is giving a tax break of $65/month/ family. It's like me robbing you of $30K now and giving you $800 back. Why don't you cheer for me groupie?
