I began ITF Taekwon-do 9 years ago. And what the hell is this? This is why I dislike America so much, because America manage to ruin everything with tradition and culture in to their own shit.. And McDojo is such a good word for this soulless act. And what are they wearing? whatever they want that looks martial artish? Go to Asia, or come to europe and learn what tradition and culture is. "come on baby, yeah, you can do it, come on" .. give me a break...
Although the guy can definitely do some proper punches I haven't seen any solid kicks at all. Besides that I consider something called "physical fitness" as an important aspect of martial arts which is not to be ignored, especially when you're already a black belt. Too bad I haven't seen that last thing. These killer punches have no value at all when you're too tired too throw em!

in australia we break 5 boards for powerbreaking. our boards are tougher than american ones too cos we re-glue them making them harder to break. their's r fresh pine every time
and hes actually quite shit... no technique at all

my 10 year old Black belts are required to break one board... I personally break 5 for demonstrations. I broke 8 with a board holding machine at a tournament once... the machine is expensive but its awesome for holding.

Plywood is actually hard to break. The boards used in breaking are super dry sections of pine that break along the grain.
