Dear Apostle and Martyr for Christ, you left us an Epistle in the New Testament. With good reason many invoke you when illness is at a desperate stage. We now recommend to your kindness
{name of patient} AMERICA
who is in a critical condition. May the cure of this patient increase his/her faith and love for the Lord of Life, for the glory of our merciful God. Amen.
VOTE MITT ROMNEY! A vote for Paul or Huckabee is a vote for MCCAIN!!!! McCain will never get the Republican base's support!!! We will abstain from voting and suffer through four years of hell so a REAL Republican can run again!
McAmnesty -- you STOLE the FL primary with your lies against Romney when you saw how close the race was running. You know Romney never said anything about setting timetables but you lied anyway. You're what's wrong with DC politics! Crist, Martinez, you're LIBERAL sellouts and will never get my vote again! FL voters -- remember these sellouts. And if McCain wins GOp nod, I'll abstain from voting. He's causing a major division within the Repub. party!!!
Mitt Romney offers republican solutions to problems that concern ordinary Americans. Problems like health care, education, social security, the economy, and immigration. Mitt Romney has the ability to bring these solutions to fruition. Yes, Washington is broken, and Mitt has a deep desire fix it. Mitt Romney is a family man of great moral character, integrity, leadership ability, and a history of getting the job done.
Rudy was in Florida to suck votes from Romney and Huckabee. His true intention is to prop up John McCain and get a top cabinet position. If John McCain wins the nomination the democrats wil win the election. Mark my words!
Anyone else think McCain's laugh is a huge turnoff. To me it sounds like an old, dirty uncle pervert laugh. The tie doesn't help. Sad this is the considered the best the Republicans have for '08. I personally agree with the previous comment. Romney is way more intelligent and capable of leading this nation.
Romney is a religous mormon nutcase, who wants that taking care of security? You should be proud to have a man like McCain as president, respected, brave and smart.
McCain is absolutely pathetic reading the teleprompter at the back of the room. A hopeless RINO or DINO - not sure which.
Compare John boy's hopeless BS with Mitt Romney's off the cuff speech from the same night. Mitt used no notes, no prompters because he has a brain and unlike McCain can actually think on his feet.
Hot-head McCain never managed a city, a state, a company or even a candy store.
McCain can't and won't win the general election. McCain is exactly the type of Washington insider pro war candidate that is driving young people to the polls in record numbers in support of Obama and his slogan of change. Nominating McCain will virtually guarantee a democratic victory. Mark my words!
Once again, Florida voters have shown themselves to be the stupidest people in America. The state of hanging chads and dimpled cards chooses a liberal. Now Giulliani, (claims to be a conservative) throws his support to this "Bob Dole 2"... Welcome Hillary to the White-house...
No one can beat Mccain! If Clinton gets the Democratic nomination, then some of them might just vote Republican due to the pure hatred of the Clinton name.
McCain and Giuliani will focus their campaign on the war in Iraq. That will drive Democrats to the polls in record numbers. The war is imporant, republicans understand this. We don't need to keep talking about it.
How can we win? By providing republican solutions to problems ordinary Americans are really concerned about. Health care, education, the economy, independence from foreign oil, social security, illegal immigration, and national security. Solutions clearly superior to anything Hillary or Obama propose.
George Bush paved the way for the likes of Obama. Many Americans, especially supporters of Obama, have a venomous hatred of George Bush. McCain will be perceived as another Bush. That will drive these "Bush haters" to the polls in droves. The pundits know this. The liberal pundits want us to believe McCain is the only one who can win against Hillary or Obama, pure deception. If McCain gets nominated, we will see Hillary or Obama as president. The liberal pundits prefer Obama over Hillary.
The only hope for a Republican victory in the general election is a candidate perceived as a Washington outsider. Somebody with a more positive message for our future. Republicans need to take a good look at Mitt Romney, he is the man we need to support.
John McCain for President!!! From an italian guy who doesn't want to see a democrat at the white House. Italians support a republican president, they're sure senator McCain is a better republican than George W. Bush is, and he's going to be a better president than Bush was! Go GOP and go Mac!!! Mac is back!!
Last thing.. good luck and congratulations also to the great Rudy Giuliani.
Yeah, Zzzzz...but unlike Bush he can actually SPEAK ENGLISH! Or doesn't that count anymore? If the Republicans did this 8 years ago maybe our country wouldn't be so F*d up! MAC is BACK!
Hey, who cares about jobs and healthcare when we can get another candidate who knows only about wars. And 100 year wars? Perfect, why don't we elect this mentally unstable goon so we can spread our warzone all the way back to Vietnam and finish where we left off. Heck we can turn into one big nation under POW. We might as well change our flag to the country that holds us captive.
florida is full of aging ultra-right cuban exile traitors who want to punish their own people with economic sanctions.. i can't blame someone for choosing to live somewhere else, but supporting policies that withhold medicine and food from poor people is inhumane and cruel. i can't wait for the gusanos to die off..
These Florida elections are the biggest fraud YET! Either Floridians are REALLY STUPID, and I doubt that, or there is something extremely scammy about this particular primary. I can understand people voting McCain first considering how vague his whole campaign is on exposing his true colors, but Ron Paul in last place?! Unlikely.
america did wake up and is trying nominated a more moderate candidate who will work with others unlike the president, will actually cut spending, unlike the president and will actually unite the country with independents, dems and reps unlike the current president. and also to elect a war hero, who will not put the soldiers in harms way unless he knows it is just and also unless he know we can actually win it. yes thank you america for waking up and electing a good man.
The only person running who truly believes in President Bush's War is John McCain. We can trust no other candidate to keep this war going, nor can we confide in the others to expand the conflict into Iran. Let's keep our boys in Middle Eastern Wars by voting for John McCain on Super Tuesday.
remember he was critical in the way he handled it. all the top generals said that if bush went with the surge that only mccain fought for when we entered the war we would have been out of iraq by now. remember hillary and john edwards voted for the war and obama was not in congress to vote for it, the only thing they should be critical of bush is the way he handled the war and mccain is on the same page on that as they were. thats why he got the majority of anti-war vote in all the primaries
His victories are more of a mark of how much republican voters feel they have no ideal candidate. What they want is someone who's pro-war, pro-life, pro-gun, anti-imigrant, anti-tax, and anti-gay; NONE of the candidates fit all of those things, so they have to pick and choose which issues they care most about. McCain has national name recognition, so it puts him ahead of the others who, with the exception of Guilliani, were basically unknown outside of their inner circles.
None of the other Rep or Dem candidates even comes close to the knowledge that both candidates have on military issues (except Biden), and I think it will be an excellent government US will have come next term.
Why, you think a lawyer who defends slumlords has a better graspe on military issues than a retired general? Unfortunately, other than Biden no other candidates will come close to grasping military issues than these two, and you dont even need a poll for that.

McCain will be utterly destroyed by Obama. He has a better chance if Democrats choose Hillary, the candidate of ego, bullshit and the past.
But seeing this speech, I have never been so confident of Democratic chances against McCain.
He has just won a very important contest, and this is all the enthusiasm he can work up? Even Hillary can generate more passion than this!
And his words about conservatism sound defensive, and weak.
