If you want you can join "Luckys Place" forum, there is a lot of good advice on chinchillas there and it's a very cool place (give you are 13 or older).

@felixgonzalezt Chinchillas should be raised in an environment where it is 65 degrees to 75 degrees. If it is any hotter, they can be at risk of geting a heat stroke, as they cannot sweat.

@duffandmalone My chinchilla got noticeably bigger, and sometimes laid on its side. Her mood would also change (she got irritated pretty easily). I hear that its possible to see the babies move inside the mom when they're near birth, but I never looked out for that!

I've had a hamsters before 2 years, they've had only 1 little baby hamster who grew up only for 2 weeks, and he became cannibal. When i go to see how is my hamsters doing, i saw 2 dead hamsters and one little hamster who stopped to eat his food.... It looks like a horror story....
