I'd like to be fluent in russian like when I was 6 but i have already forgotten alot of it and regret letting my mom convince me to not practice or talk to her in the russian language everyday.

Go to Google and type in the phrase "phonetic russian" for a great talking dictionary at the top of the search results. You will hear the whole word, as well as see the phonetic and Russian spelling.

But the number three in russian is 3... so... how can i know if its an Z or a three?

@ZzRvXzZ well, yes....letter 3 means Z....Number three is TRI (три) and some phase with 3(Z) -Как вас зовут....the best way to make difference is learning Cyrillic....it's not hard! We use Cyrillic in Serbia, so we can easily make that difference :)
