If you are willing to deal with the consequences and think you are in love or could be falling in love, yeah go ahead but if you just are lusting, forget it. There are exceptions to the rule. In general it isn't right though.
If its over and none of them have feelings left for each other and you fall for him/her then why not? I mean you can't choose who you fall for.
