the most i like about this anime is every character very pretty and its story remind me of my old self.

They are really cute together, as with everyone else in this series, but I cannot imagine them as a shoujo-ai pair. = / I mean their interactions doesn't strike to me as even a bit romantic (despite yea, blushes) unlike in other series where it's implied a lot more obviously. If you read mahou sensei negima, you'd know what pair I'm talking about :). I just see them as a sweet, innocent semapi-kouhai pair and nothing else. Dx Plus I like AkatsukixAkari so yea. x3

It's more of a 'look beyond the surface and make your own inferences' thing, I know. :) Your opinion is your opinion, of course. O'course, with my AMVs, if I can make a pairing work, then I'm free to do so! I've only read the manga, however, and read reviews of Aria on the Okazu yuri blog. I don't even know all of the characters in Aria yet, because the anime is just now getting released in the US, and I've only got 1-2 of Aqua and 1-2 of Aria for the manga series.

I've watched all of the ARIA anime and I own all the volumes (I had to get in another language because like you said, it's not finished releasing yet). Although I have nothing against shoujo-ai pairs (I like them), I just feel weird about it with ARIA, since I love it for how pure and innocent it is without the usual character-shipping drama..xD Hmm, well maybe your opinion will change later on. Of course you're free pair who ever you like ;)

I think that is a lot about what their relationship is, very innocent. I do think, living and working together, that it's very possible for them to develop romantic feelings, especially with the clips that imply they become very close friends if nothing else.

At least, with as much as Akari blushes, I think there's some definite attraction there. XD Too bad they never kiss or anything, but the cuddling works just as well.
