I'm so sick of everything, even seemingly innocuous things like buying a home or what to have for dinner as man VERSUS woman. Ever since the counter culture movement there has been this thinly veiled but perpetual attack on exclusive relationships between men and women. Something that was, still is, and always will be, an evolutionary adaptive tendency among all living species. Penises go into vaginas, and babies come out. The offspring need mom and dad, it's that simple.

asking the men and women is also dependant on which area of the country you are asking. everyone i know that has the extra room has a music studio or an office. the man cave is the garage, you dont waste an entire room to that revolves around a tv. me and my wife both had to compromise on the location AND the actual house itself.

Representatives Coldwell Banker company in the Czech Republic, teaches his real estate broker to go with another real estate company, as candidates and then teamed up with the property owner and offered him that their property will sell them. What do you think? No one leaves them alone properties for sale, so they look for fraud! Does this sound real estate agent? These are practices! It's disgusting!!!

The reason women decide to buy real estate faster than men is because the husband finds it difficult to accept being stuck in one place for 20-30 years since that goes against male evolution to chase mammoths across the frozen tundra for thousands of miles. Female evolution, on the other hand, is to do whatever it takes to end the male's mammoth hunting and get him used to a steady diet of berries and plant roots so he has to listen to her b*tch about all the other cave women.

Pretty interesting survey...

Remember folks when we are talking about Bathrooms for example:

A man has six items in his bathroom -- a toothbrush, shaving cream, razor, a bar of Dial soap, and a towel from the Holiday Inn.

The average number of items in the typical woman's bathroom is 437.

A man cannot identify most of these items......

Women will always look for detailes, while men would more likely look for the whole picture.... Details are secondary to men!
