  • @Officer94 Using the +12v as hot and -12v (on the 20pin connector) as ground makes 24v. stupidface

  • Is that a dell inspiron 1525 in the background? coincidentally I actually did the same with my old case fan by attaching it to the charger. it was sooooooooooooooo loud and rediculously pwrfull (very high current)

  • It's a Vostro 1500, which is almost the exact same thing as a Inspiron 1525.

  • how do you run a 12v fan at 24?

  • connect the + to +12v, and connect the - to the -12v on the ATX connector. i did it once, it fell over and snapped a blade off lol
