u dont really need alot off extra weights... just your body weight and perform various types of 1 foot and 2 foot plyometric/explosion type movements that mimick that off jumping in a real game... try to get 2 plyo workouts in a week, u may see increases in ur vert after a month and a half

goldech child might not be the most technical dunker, but he has tons of style! his style looks so effortless. YH on the other hand often seems to try hard to get his head close to the rim during his dunks, to make everybody see how high he jumps. GC simply does his shit and everybody can easily tell that he's so damn high in the air.
