I feed my turtle MEAL WORMS- not earth worms! God, they take waaay too long to die and they struggle. With meal worms, they're gone in a flash and don't even know what is happening. Also, you should probably feed the turtle in a separate container so you don't have to clean it as often. That's what I do. :)

But the meal worms always dry up. And the turtle doesn't seem to like them as much. Woa- feed it separately. Never thought of that.

Agh, you probably won't get round to reading this, but i'll try anyway. Put the meal worms in a plastic container w oatmeal filled 1/2 way & bits of apple or lettuce & they won't dry up- replace apple/lettuce every few days & won't dry up. sep feeding container is TOTALLY a must. saves so much cleaning.
