@umaximus Oh that sux. Seems the reps I get here are good. My only gripe is my original hometown gets 4g and I moved for work to 1 county over and get only .98 mpbs of 3g. Even my 3g in my original hometown gets 6+ mbps on the new 3g.

@soccerf001 It happened a few weeks ago. They took away my mobile to mobile and claimed that I never had free mobile to mobile. Plus I use to pay $55 a month. With all their charges my bill is up to $65 a month. I call them and they say that the only thing they can do is change my plan for an unlimited. unlimited minutes + texting etc... is $20 plus. I don't want to do that. T-mobile is horrible!!! T-mobile representatives don't even try... you know T-mobile sucks!

@umaximus Oh that sux. Seems the reps I get here are good. My only gripe is my original hometown gets 4g and I moved for work to 1 county over and get only .98 mpbs of 3g. Even my 3g in my original hometown gets 6+ mbps on the new 3g.

@Gatsurendo The reps. including the call center managers/ tier 1s that I encounter you all didn't have answers, other options, or solutions for my questions and help my situation. The 2nd manager finally gave up and admit that they don't have a solution for my situation. They charged me for my mobile to mobile minutes.
They were so desperate for me to sign up for an more expensive plan.
