I keep landing with my back foot on the nose, I try and put more power into it and it just goes heigher, if i put barley any power into it i land it up-side down.

listen to when he says "throw your front foot out". He literally means just throw it out there without any effort in trying to make the board do the kickflip. The back foot makes or breaks the 360 flip.

the hardest possible trick is nollie backside 360 triple heels, with 16 thousand late shoves. and 1 late backfoot double heel. do that while trying to have some fish n chips, and i swear to you. you will not land it. its even harder with tea and crumpets.
