SOTN is the sequel of Rondo of Blood. The events of Rondo precedes the events of the SOTN. After Dracula´s being killed by Richter, Richter becomes possessed by Shaft in order to protect Dracula, until the ressurection ritual is ready. Alucard, Dracula´s son, note something strange ocurring and intercedes, exorcizes Richter and kills various monsters in the path, including Shaft, Death itself and Dracula again!

only higher heatlh, wich is just a small bit, but if you want to see how is the max number of his life, well, then, is not only "start with better stats" is more like have....if you usually start with 25 if you got the worst stats, and you start with 85 with -60 seconds and no damage....then if you want the max health on game, is just 60 HP of difference

Hmm, guessing you have a PS2 in this case, never played it, but I heard Odin Sphere is good. If you have a DS I have some suggestions( obviously Castlevania is on the top of the list). Or just look for some "Metroidvania" games, on youtube.

@karlozmme I used HyperCam 2 with EPSXE when I made these videos. The result was these poor 240p images. Nowadays I still use the HyperCam 2 screen capture tool, but I changed the emulator to the PSX one. So, I recommend you these two tools, HyperCam 2 + PSX emulator.
