Warning. in beginning you will face some Super mutants only in first area thou then you will face mirelurk hunters and alot of em be prepaired. if you have the pit addon i recomend using the metal blaster 2-3 shots from it on a mirelurk and its dead. this will make your run fast. if you have the pit but dont kno how to get metal blaster check out orcidea's videos.

Thanks a lot for this guide! It's definitely a bit confusing doing it by yourself. Also, I would like to add: if any of you are worried about radiation, there's a radiation suit in the Pulowski Preservation Shelter at the Vernon Sq metro station. It's right next to the entrance/exit. Hopefully that helps because I ended up with over 300 rads doing this by myself the first time.
