the fuel efficiency i dont really know....cuz its really depends on how you ride i mean traffic or clear streets...hi rpm or low rpm change...but i really think a 220cc at 140 to be the fasttest bike that to slow...our basic 250cc honda twister can go 150...sorry my bad english

fz 16 is a sluggish bike, R15 does better only once the rave counter hits post 8000..

and are costly..

220 have better throttle response throughout the rev range.

And have a better power curve.
