  • Only listen to this if you are in the mood or its wasted.

Hit it right and you'll listen two or three times over............................

I'm really glad I was born when I was

we had the best of all the best musicians ever in history.

    Roll on you old Rockers

  • @WuffWuffOhFlashy Right! I cry for the kids who had to grow up without Seger and this kind of music. I mean, it made up so much of what we were back then, I wonder how kids can grow up without it today? It must be like a kid growing up and never tasting chocolate, or something.

  • @FLSHBK1 just raise your kids in tennessee, they will get the full experience, it's like being raised in the 70s only their is internet and what not. i grew up with all this music.

then again my parents had good taste. they were artists/poets. my father was a musician himself. he could play a 12 string guitar. he was a genius. to me it's sad, how the unknown greatness dies out. and you can't pull it up on you tube because they're fucking dead/ and unknown genius remains a memory to me.

  • @fishnetsNcigarettes You sure have that right. Tennessee is America's best-kept music secret. Not Nashville ~ that's too commercial now. I mean the REAL Tennessee. (No offense, you Nashville Cats). Spent lots of time around Mphs and in the JC/Brstl/Kngsprt Tri-City areas. Plenty of real home-spun musicians there, all unsung heroes. Seems everybody there can play something well before they're out of school. Hard workin' during the day (when there IS work) and hard pickin' at night. NC, too.

  • @FLSHBK1 hell yeah, naw im not a nashvillian, i was born in memphis, but i was raised in selmer for the most part. I Love You! :)

  • @fishnetsNcigarettes Sure glad SOMEONE does!

    Sorry about yr Daddy.

  • @FLSHBK1 it's okay that was about 7 years ago. i was 14.

  • im 25 and this has been a fav since i was like 6

  • born in 62 summertime felt the lightening & waited on the thunder, i remember.
