I purchased an 81 Biarritz as a project car..i hope to take it on a road-trip to Nevada and do Vegas proper as soon as my mechanic and autobody guys are done with it.

@JAMESS30288 I have an 84 Eldorado Convertible, swapped in a 307, so far so good. Love this model Caddy, they really should revisit this design, or at least the quality in manufacturing...

Yeah the 307 Olds was the ideal swap when the 4.1's went. I own an 85' Eldoado and my 4.1 still runs strong though I wish it had more power. I have a BB 500 Caddy sitting in the garage. Maybe one day I'll find the time to swap it in.

i have a cadi, the "brake" light means the E-brake is on, or the vaccuum pump to the E-brake is not working, that would also explain why you have to press hard on the brakes when driving it
