  • U are right, but I actually did tht on purpose, I didnt use the harmonizer but only set the pitch one step higher, I enjoyed the dissonant tone a lot..besides, the harmonizer allows U to play single notes only, which makes it not convenient to me..mayb becoz of the dissonance also i tend to call this clip messing around =b

  • Just FYI, you need to set the harmonizing pedal to the key you are in. It definitely is not on the right setting, the end of the song is painfully dissonant.

  • no the guitar doesn't deserve him...it sucks that one. Nice playing though!

  • strange ! it sound a beat out of tune.but it is not really out of tune ...Do you use a whammy digitech ?

or perhaps you like to play "out" like scotfield kind of ...

    strange

  • Is it the whole song or certain parts of the clip?I was using Boss Super Shifter PS-5 in certain parts of the clip.

  • this guitar is not mine..

  • is that a special scale ure palying in?:) sorry but i dont know.. ^^ Bm-scale? :P

  • yup..i only use major and minor..nothing special =)

  • okey nice:) did u come up with that by yourself?:) I like it, do tabs?;D

  • The backing track is b.b king's The Thrill Is Gone..playing its melody initially but after that jz running through the scale nothing special..yup own stuff;)

  • ok ;D

  • good playing man i guess you need to famyliarise more with the guitar (i mean the frets and knowing where is each note and with scales)but overall good playing and great guitar

  • thanks..totally agree with you..i oways hit the wrong notes=p

  • When you want the pitch shfting affect do u just push down on it as if it were a wah wah pedal?

  • when in the pitch shifter mode, u just need to press down once to turn on the effect, and then once to bypass it. In T.Arm mode it works like wah wah or whammy that u need to press and hold to shift the pitch..

  • can it detune like say go from E to D without having to detune all ur strings?

my guitar has a floyd rose (takes ages to tune down a scale) and its the only one so i need a shifter to change tuning scales more easily.

  • for drop d tuning you only has to detune the low E string to a D :) Or just block the tremolo (like i have, hate FR), and it will be just fine to detune how many steps ya want but u might need thicker gauge .. hope it helped.

  • well thats handy to know lol but i was meaning a whole scale as in E/a/d/g/b/e to D/g/c/f/a/d well i like the floyd rose coz it never detunes for months on end n the whammy tricks are kool, but i understand y others dont like em, and as mentioned above i was thinkin if this pedal could drop a scale down so i could get to drop C and B without having to detune the strings n hear them ringing on the frets :)

  • Okej :D I think he can answer betetr than me ;D sry !

  • Do you use the pistch shifter in all the video? Could you make a demo of it?? I wanna buy one aww nice playing thanks

  • hi dim7, no i only turned d effect on frm ~2:29 - ~4:04 & the ending part of the backing track..sure, i can make a demo for u if when i hv time..at the mean time u can read on9 reviews frm harmony central..to me it sounds too digital, but it's ok to me bcoz i hv been playing for more than 10 yrs w/o any effect and i jz need something to sound different when i play now..

  • Ok! Thanx ill be w8ing 4 that review m8!

  • i hv tried to record a clip pn the ps-5 justnow..i cant seem to copy and paste the url here (an error pop up) pls check frm my video list then..hope it helps =)
