Its a NITRO heli, runs off of nitromethane, That smoke would be exhaust.

No its different (but still very harmful like automobile exhaust fumes), if your car is smoking you need to get new rings installed; A Ton of R/c's run off of batteries but they mainly started out with nitro in the hobby grade r/c's.

look at 3:54 he's been flying 3d like crazy for 4 minutes and he still have almost half a tank of fuel left. anyone know what motor he;s using? 0s 55 would be my guess but what is his head speed?

Ist an OS91 i think.. a 55 is for 600's, and this is a 700..

But nitro heli's can make an 9 minute 3d session.. tank full to completely empty..

Lets not forget this is a fly-barless model, many times harder to fly than a conventional competition helicopter with a fly-bar, yet this guy has no problem controling it in 3D flight

he's got the best God given skills but at the same time this is what he does for a living. he can work on his moves 24-7 if he wanted. put those 2 factors together and you get the best pilot in the world!

What a setup, clearly some serious pitch involved, but the motor rarely bogs down. He is a master of collective management (among other things).
