@ilokanobadboy Yeah it is small around that time of the year. I believe there are heaps of surf spots in Ilocos but it is just not as popular and not as accessible.

80% of this film shows unsurfable waves on the shore and the ones you do surf on your long-boards are so small that you would be able to find them anywhere in the east coast of Philippines.

Cloud 9 is so much better.

That is true, the waves around this season is generally for beginners, I prefer surfing in Bagasbas in Luzon. I havent surfed in Cloud 9 yet.

best time to go there is around october and november. Was there for the annual surf fest. Good waves and good vibes. More good spots on the other side of the island. Just a 15 minute drive between each. Stayed at Lola nanny's.

For the most laidback and friendly hotel staff- Lola Nanny's

Best view of the beach- two doors to the left of Lola Nanny's (I think it is Sebay)

Best looking hotel - Surf Resort..

Best budget - Surfer's Inn...

All of this on San Juan Area.

was there feb 10 2009 the surf was fun stayd @ lola nannys retreat mey george next door cool guy he got the life (surf n roosters) thanks to the staff @ lola nannys mahalo!
