When I started to do my squats with the dumbells at my sides, I could feel some muscle pain in the same back area that this exercise works (now I understand why). Great videos, mate.

Youre tips are geat, I tend to try using too much weight with bent over rows and not as slow and controlled..Thanks

This guys a beast.! Great exercise, I just know with a personal trainer, I'd never get the from/technique correct. ;(
