  • where's the rice?

  • Algerian?

  • This is awesome! But i think i like the fray's version a lil more tho. But still, great vid!

  • Not so great. definitely not in the league of other good ones in utube

  • There is a cool new version of Eleanor Rigby by Voltaire 7. Check it out on Voltaire 7 website or itunes

  • funny

  • Too short, but fucking cool.

  • this is amazing , thank you! ^.^

  • What's with the absurdly low framerate? looks like 18fps or something

  • The lyrics aren't right.

  • too short

  • Awesome!

  • daaaamn love it!

  • I like how a lot of the words morphed into others.

And guys, I'm pretty sure it's Adobe After Effects

  • great job

  • love your animation with the text and it was great. but your background wasnt the best. it got zoomed in on too much and pixelated a little. maybe try moveing it back in Z space or something so it doesnt get so bad. that way it wont hurt the viewers eyes to see it. otherwise, great movie! loved the typography

  • what did you use to make this?

  • Q: Why do I want to take a shot of tequila after seeing this?

Five points to anyone with the answer! (It's quite easy anyway, haha)

  • The song reminds you of hard times which you would rather suppress with a mood altering shot of tequila?

  • haha, no the font is the same as patron used on the bottle

  • alright but im still gonna have to go with my answer :)

  • Which software was used to produce this excellent movie?

  • I liked it, and would love to see the full song

  • i love this but the t\timing was off by like 1 or 2 seconds

  • Also, I think the framing was off at times. Some the text just got cut off, and it bugged me. Other than that and what zenmasterb said, it was schweet.

  • Some of the timing is still a bit dodgy. another pass at it should clean it up nicely.

  • loved the visual creation of the grave

  • excellent font and animation and song well done

  • Very nice work here! Loved it!

  • ooh I loved when the background singing just kinda floated behind the main part.

  • In the copy of the text we studied in our English class, it is indeed "Ah! Look at all the lonely people!" such as this video suggests.

My only qualm is the fact that "graves" is plural. It should be singular. Since the first two stanzas are not included in this video, it may simply not have been clear.

  • good but font choice not so good plus he's saying "I" not "ahhhh", would have made more sense. Impressive animation though aside from the above.

  • hmm... "ah, look at all of the lonely people".

    looks right to me.

  • nice! the 'die' part kinda creeped me out was awesome

  • very creative use of the typing and various fonts. Bravo!

  • really well done ^_^

  • One word about the vid... WOW

  • That was really impressive!

  • "ahhhhhhh! look at all the lonely people"...lol. I still like this a lot. :D

  • can YOU?

  • awsome that was cool!!

  • heca sweet song love it love it!!!!

  • I love it.

  • my name's sara jane too. i also love this song.

How do you do, my finely named friend? (I get excited when i find someone else with the same name. ^_^)

  • ah, hello fellow sara. looks like we have all found a connection on this video. =)

  • whereas the abbot & costello, pulp fiction, and as also the hitler speech were conveyed in a visual presentation which accurately conveyed the meaning behind the text, here we have only poor choices--Ealenor rigby has a smooth, flowing motion too it, but the typography here is moving in sudden, jerky, often awkard ways, it does not have a feeling of elegant transition, rather it is confronting the viewer, it has a raw, gritty elemetn to it which is actually opposed to the music

  • very true, but I still love the song :)

  • i agree

  • I agree. Plus the font choices were questionable. ER should have been distinct from the rest of the text.

  • I'd like to point out that the meaning (thus, the lyrical portion of the song) is supposed to "hit" the audience.

Of course, that meaning being that we're all alone in essence.

Even still, I'm just arguing for the sake of it. It might have been done better, but this is what the result was, so I enjoy it for what it is.

  • nice motion but very poor font choice, imo

    its really novelty

  • omg I love it you should do the full song though

  • man, where can i to download the kinetic Typography????, plz help me, I need it

  • err... it's called Adobe AfterEffects...

  • the text forming the gravestone shape is pure brilliance. the perspective as it rises up really does it for me, excellent.

  • the font is a tad distracting but otherwise very well done.

  • The font makes me think of a nice cold Sam Adams, which is quite distracting.

  • kinda bland but still effect

  • nice after effects. Brillaintly done.

  • awesome ;)

  • so cool.

  • um,you got a word wrong or two.

its "I look at all the lonely people"

    not "ahhhh!"

  • and "as he walks from HER grave" not "THE graves"

  • sadly you both are wrong "Ah, look at all the lonely people" and "from his hands as he walks from the grave"

  • you're right

  • Er no the correct word is aaaah. you must take the accent into account.Coming from Liverpool myself,I can tell youthat it is aaaah!

  • hey can you tell me how to do the typography? what program and computer do i need? iam a novice and i love this stuff..u r awesome..

  • beautiful. my favorite song.

  • cool.

    after effects

  • Wow i love this stuff now i wanna create typography now

  • Awesome

  • Thats nice:-) ..is there any program to create such a thing or U realy need to animate that piece after piece? :-)
