Quite right! It was originally good quality, but YouTube's transcoding didn't like the screen capture codec I used very much and turned it into a horrible mess. I will remember to transcode to FLV or something myself first next time.

Try converting it to MPEG-4. I've put my last video up on MPEG-4 and theres no problems quality wise.
