there is a problem with your theory. If they went back in time to save Prue, then Paige never would've met them as Prue's death is the catalyst. They've done time travel stories before. If you change something in the past the entire future is effected. So as hopeful as you seem the only way Prue could return would be the same as Grams and Patty as a ghost.

even though paige's powers are a little similar to prue's, it's still different. both have great powers and prue's telekinesis can be for offensive/defensive use. Paige's is telekinetic orbing so she can't really move things like Prue does. But she can heal and can orb so still great. Phoebe is the useless one. lol.
