So glad I grew up in the 70's and had a chance to see Queen live..... ! It was an Amazing ride!!...Freddie Mercury a voice that was perfect.....a sexy,beautiful soul I miss his presence ...Brian May, guitar master,Brilliant song writer, ,Roger Taylor amazing drums and that falsetto! John Deacon wrote some of Queens most memorible songs ,great bass player .....every album blew me away, the way their voices just complimented each other perfectly!! and no synthesisers!! Love this song!!

Not sure though, I had the album back in 1975 and overlooked it as an adolescent back then, and only grew to appreciate it's brilliance as a 45 year old when I started listening to the album again recently, it's the best track on the album after Bo Rap.

So maybe it was ahead of it's time and wouldn't have charted as well as we'd like, but today it would be a smash, why it hasn't been covered yet is a big mystery to me.

A Night at the Opera is a truly great Queen album, second only to Queen II in my view. Although I would say that Sweet Lady isnt my favorite track on ANATO, it's actually really growing on me. I love the way Brian puts in a double strum, on the off beat, at the end of each phrase of the verse.

Love Queen....hate this song. Three ten-year-olds in a garage coulda done a better job of writing this. The riff at the end of the song is great, and when I had this album back in the day I'd just fast forward to that. The rest of the song was just pure crap. I can just hear the producers saying "boys we need one more song", and May saying "Okay....how about this....." UGGGHHHH

Drowse from ADATR - Not keen on that one. Queen are for me the best band of all time - I would rather listen to Drowse on repeat than some of the garbage that passes for music today.

I never used to be over keen on Drowse, but over the years it's grown on me, now I think it's Roger Taylor's best song..Sweet Lady, to me has no real tune to it, and as someone else on here said..the chorus is terrible ..it's the track on A Night At The Opera that I skip over.....just a matter of opinion I suppose.
