It's a real pity you didn't have close ups...understanding that is a lot more difficult...not impossible...but I would rather spend the time trying to do the left hand exercises than spend it trying to understand what is going on...a close up would have sorted that out completely...apart from that it is a class exercise...

i am left handed and i play guitar on rigth is it good or not because i am not that fast yet on freting

Phil HiIlborne and Steve Morse are both left-handed but play right handed guitar very well indeed! Playing right or left handed guitars shouldn't make any difference. fretting "speed" is just a matter of practice.
