Flyhalf is right i went to pc world for a replacement hard drive that was 1 month ago.. reasons include

1) They dont have the parts

2) The engineer didnt show up

3) They accidently sent ME the hard drive instead of the store

4) The engineer is on holiday

5) The engineer forgot to bring the replacement hard drive

Thats over a 4 week period...so yeah never go to pc world EVER oh and the laptop is shit

yes they had to withdraw the offer as they could not keep up with the high demand.

but they did swap to an offer whereby you pay £60 or what ever for a much higher spec laptop.

i agree pc world is shit!..but....we signed up for the offer and i have to say that the laptop is more than powerful enough to handle any security software, (although the ram needs upgrading).

and we have found orange to be a great isp!.. we switched from aol, who are now running their own laptop deal, but you need to sign up to their landline offer and pay a £15 deliver charge.

unless you have the laptop from this offer or have tried orange...(coverage depends on region)..then balls to ya!!
